Transforming Guadalajara, Jalisco. A Hub for Cargo and Connectivity. ✈️
Guadalajara is solidifying its position as a key logistics and transportation hub in Mexico. The Guadalajara International Airport (GDL) is undergoing a significant transformation with a 15 billion pesos investment to construct a second terminal, expand its cargo facilities, and prepare for a potential third runway. This expansion will enhance its capacity to handle increasing passenger and cargo volumes, making it the third busiest airport in Mexico, after Santa Lucía and Mexico City.

Cargo Hub: GDL is becoming a critical hub for air cargo, supporting Mexico’s growing trade and logistics needs.

Additionally, DHL Supply Chain Mexico has invested over 191 million pesos in a new distribution center in Jalisco. This facility will enhance supply chain efficiency and support the region’s growing e-commerce and manufacturing sectors.
